Unlimited Group Classes-Monthly Auto Pay:  $150 (based on year round membership)

Personal Training: $65 per hour

CrossFit Foundations: $150 includes remainder of Month (30 days from start) Group Classes once foundations is complete.

Saturday or Sundays Group Class: Kauai residents: $5 first visit, $20 drop in or use punch card. Visitors: $20 Drop in

Punch Card: 10 class pass for $150. This pass has a 3 month expiration.

Mobility Classes: Free For Autopay Members or use Punch Card.

Group Class Drop ins or non yearly membership (must have minimum 3 months continuous CrossFit experience):

One Class: $20 (w/ shirt $40)

Weekly: $60 (w/ shirt $80)

2 Weeks: $110 (w/ shirt $130)

3 Weeks: $150 (w/ shirt $130)

4 Weeks: $180 (w/ shirt $200)

The sign in the picture is the what you see from highway.

Sadly, simply inputting our address does not work in some smart phone navigation systems. For directions, please click on the marker on the map on our sidebar or follow these directions.

Coming from Kapaa/Kilauea: SEE FIRST VIDEO BELOW. Pass Kilauea town and the Shell gas station on the right. Then Kauai Mini Golf will be on your left. About 1/4 mile after that you will see the “24 mile” sign. Hit your left blinker and turn up into the driveway. Then take second concrete driveway on the left all the way back and park in gravel parking lot.

Coming from Princeville/Hanalei: SEE SECOND VIDEO BELOW Please head towards Kilauea. You will go over a large bridge crossing the Kalihiwai River. After that you will pass the “Kahiliholo Road” on your right. Soon after that on the right you will see a “50 mph” sign. We will be the driveway on the right after that sign. Head up this driveway and take the second concrete driveway on the left. All the way down and park in gravel parking lot.

Yes, we do have a few rules. Please come early to class. Especially if you are visiting. Please bring no pets to Kilauea CrossFit. That includes leaving them in your vehicle. The owner of the property has two Neapolitan Mastiffs and while friendly to CrossFitters we are not sure if they like CrossFitter’s pets.  We have a room where your child can color, read, watch a movie or play legos. We currently do not have child care so please do not bring unsupervised, unruly children. If your child is roaming around the gym you will be be asked to supervise them yourself and you will miss out on the workout.  Children are not to play on or with any equipment in the gym. Our insurance does not cover that.  Please clean up after yourself and put your gear away. This is your gym so please respect it. When exiting the gym, please drive slow on the driveway and when turning on to the highway, PLEASE make a right turn only on to the highway.  If you need to go to Princeville, turn around at the roundabout by the mini-golf.

All new CrossFitters will be asked to attend our Foundations program. This six class foundation series will cover the basics of CrossFit. You will practice good form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriate for your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class. These CrossFit Foundations classes will start at the beginning of each month. We run these 4 classes in a progression so we highly recommend not missing class as you may have to catch up with the next group of foundations before moving on.  Contact us for scheduling.

I have not done CrossFit, but I’m really fit and would like to skip the Foundations Class and just sign up for a Workout of the Day membership. Can I do that?

We require everyone to take Foundations, so that we can make sure all of our members have a basis of safe and effective movement. You can also attend two 1 1/2 hour personal training sessions with one of our coaches. At the end of those sessions your coach and I will discuss about you jumping in to group classes.

At the core of Kilauea CrossFit’s training are the Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes, led by our coaches in a small-group setting. WOD classes consist of:

  • a warm-up
  • specific mobility work
  • some skill or strength work
  • a conditioning workout
  • and a cool down

Coming to three or four WOD classes a week will get you in the best shape of your life. WOD classes are open to all members who have completed Foundations or a personal training on-ramp program.

Our coaches are also available for one-on-one Foundations Workshops, one-on-one CrossFit WODs, and specialized weightlifting, kettlebell training, rehab/pre-hab, and mobility training. Training sessions are developed to help you target your goals, make you stronger, healthier and more fit.

      10 minutes from Princeville. We dont currently have any open gym on the schedule. Schedule is up to date for CrossFit Group Classes.

      In “CrossFit Life” we build basic strength, mobility, balance and cardio vascular endurance needed for everyday life. This is a smaller class with scaled version of our daily workout. We have our new members go through our Foundations classes and then decide together if that is a good fit for them. Mobility is a one hour class used to improve our static strength and flexibility. Call 808-652-3215 with any questions about checking us out. We have a Sunday group class at 9:00 am that is a great starting point for ones new to CrossFit.

    Hi! My boyfriend and I will be visiting and staying near Princeville from the 19th-29th and would love to drop in a few times for a wod. We both have our L-1’s and currently train at an affiliate. We will most likely come in the morning. What are your drop in rates/schedule for drop ins?     Kilauea Crossfit — my family (husband and 14year old daughter) are visiting and staying in Princeville, July 15 – 20th and would like to drop in. My husband and I have been doing Crossfit for 4 years and my daughter for 3 years.

    My daughter, Emma has a unique situation though. She is training using an Open Coach and has her own WODs, can you accommodate her working out and not doing the normal programming. Emma competed in the Open and Online Qualifiers (with a final placement of 1st NorCal and 33rd WorldWide) for her age group this year and is training for next year’s games.

    My husband and I would do the normal programming.
