Bands are sooooooo cool. You can do so much with them fitness-wise. You just have to use that ‘magination. They are diverse in use, relatively cheap, and easy to pack if you go roaming round’ this big beautiful earth. Using them with any kind of overhead press with force your body to produce more force (see what I did there) the closer you get to full extension. Enjoy.
