Starting this week we will be having a 30 minute class! Junglefit!
This will be a quick, high energy workout, concentrating on functional body weight movement and light weights. For example you will see dumbbells and kettlebells in these classes but no barbells.
For starters these will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 pm.
No barrier to starting up with these classes! We will also be offering membership just for these classes and the weekend WOD! Tell your friends!
If you have unlimited membership you are welcome to join these classes as well as the CrossFit classes!
Come early and get ready because we will be blasting right through these 30 minute workouts!
We are putting the Tuesday 6:00 pm class on hold for a couple months.
Please turn right on to the highway exiting our driveway. It is a dangerous intersection and cars fly through there.
