Another classic CrossFit workout. How are you going to handle it? Are you going to try and do one rep every 10 seconds? One rep every 20 seconds? Or are you going to try to do as big a set ad possible right off the bat just to get them out-of-the-way? There’s no wrong way. But make no mistake: this workout is an absolute sprint. The goal is to get this done in less than five minutes. If you are in the 8 to 10 minute range you picked too heavy a weight. The fastest Crossfitters on earth can get this done in just under a minute. Thirty reps and you’re done. Three, two, one…
