Programs – Group Training

At the core of Kilauea CrossFit’s training are the Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes, led by our coaches in a small-group setting. WOD classes consist of:

  • a warm-up
  • specific mobility work
  • some skill or strength work
  • a conditioning workout
  • and a cool down

Coming to three or four WOD classes a week will get you in the best shape of your life. WOD classes are open to all members who have completed Foundations or a personal training on-ramp program.
