Crossfit is a functional fitness program done in a group setting. It incorporates 10 basic elements of fitness. (Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy) CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone. Your Grandma can do it and your Pro-Surfer friend can do it. Both at the same time! CrossFit is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into great shape. Our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements (like pushups and pullups, deadlifts, squats, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing, and olympic lifting), executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.
